Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service.

All art sales are final.  Originals are, by their very nature, unable to be replaced.   

In the case of the giclee prints (canvas and/or paper) should your artwork arrive incorrect, damaged or flawed, we will replace or repair the item and, obviously, pay for all shipping charges required.  Please be advised that prints do have to be reprinted so be prepared for a 2-4 week window.

While we make every effort to thoroughly inspect all prints and art pieces prior to shipping; there may be the odd occasion where something does get missed or overlooked. Should this be the case, we will make every attempt to rectify the situation in a reasonable time frame.
